I watched The Biggest Loser - Did They Keep The Weight Off the other night. It was very interesting to see if the past contestants kept the weight off and where they are now. No surprises except the one about Marty and Amy.

If you’ve tried losing weight with The Biggest Loser workout and diet, you know it works. I also wasn’t surprised to see that Erik and Matt had gained some of their weight back. When they were on the show, they were competing and I’m sure they cut a lot more calories and worked out a lot more trying to win the compeition. It would be nearly impossible to maintain that kind of workout routine in the real world. But give it up to them because they’ve kept most of the weight off, we’re talking about 100+ lbs these guys have kept off!

It was nice to see the other contestants that had kept the weight off. If you watched Andrea from the first Biggest Loser, you knew she’d be the one to keep the weight off.

I wish more contestants would have been featured. I’d like to see more and more of them shown throughout the season as a testament that anyone can lose, and keep the weight off, with proper diet and exercise.

Another great thing I saw in the upcoming season is that Jillian Michaels will not only return and be training a secrete black team, but the “Black Team” will be outcast. It should be very interesting to see if Jillian can once again conquer The Biggest Loser with her “work hard or go home” routine.

The Biggest Loser Show starts up next week, I can’t wait to see it!

Meanwhile, keep working out and eating right. Next time, maybe people will be asking the question about you “Did they keep the weight off?”
