When I first saw Clever Clasp advertised on TV, I paid it no attention. Clever Clasp is a magnetic jewelry clasp that attaches necklaces and bracelets without fumbling with those darn tiny jewelry clasp. I figured these were just more junk pushed on me by TV marketers.

My Wife, who is a little on the heavy side also, thought different. Right before Mothers Day, we saw one of the TV advertisements for
Clever Clasp and she dropped a “not to subtle” hint that she’d like to try a set of Clever Clasp. (she said get me a set of those magnetic clasp converter thingies, I said “yes dear”) It was then that I remembered all the trouble she has with getting her jewelry to fit and getting them hooked or clasped!

Once I gave it some thought, these magnetic clasp did seem like a good idea. I certainly had never seen any magnetic clasp for jewelry before.

So I ordered one set, figured they would break or something and she be done with it. I’d look like a great husband for at least buying her some to try and that would be the end of it.

Not so! She loved the Clever Clasp! Plus, she uses them every day and hasn’t broken one yet!

Now I’m really looking like a good husband! She has now ordered more Clever Clasp (or as she called them “magnetic clasp converter thingies” for all her necklaces and bracelets.

For those of you who don’t know what Clever Clasp are, they are magnetic jewelry clasp that makes it easy to attach the ends of bracelets and necklaces. You just attach the magnetic clasp to each end of your necklace or bracelet and the magnetic ends jump to attach to each other. It makes attaching the ends as simple as anything I’ve seen.

My wife found a new advantage to these clever magnetic jewelry clasp. She has always had a problem with finding bracelets that were long enough to go around her arms and ankles. The best I remember, it seems like a 6 or 7 inch bracelet is the standard length. These are too small for my Wife who needs an 8 inch bracelet to fit proper. The Clever Clasp added just enough length to some of her shorter bracelets so she can now wear them. (I think they were the 7 inchers)

I like these little magnetic jewelry clasp because now she doesn’t come running asking me to snap her bracelets and necklaces. Large fingers and aging eyesight doesn’t bode well when trying to snap those puny little clasp they put on jewelry anyway!

If you’re like us and have trouble with ill fitting jewelry or have trouble getting those tiny, tiny clasp snapped, or if you keep breaking clasp, it will be worth your while to try a set of the magnetic Clever Clasp. You won’t be sorry!
